Dive sites

As a club we experience a range of Dive Sites as summarised below:-

Inland Quarry Dive Sites

When weather conditions prevent diving using our club RIB’s, we dive inland dive sites, usually old quarries that have been adapted for use by divers. Most of these have changing rooms and cafe’s either on site or close by. We also use inland quarry’s for open water training.

Coastal Dive Sites using our own RIB’s

There are a large number of dive sites all over the North Wales Coast and the Liverpool Bay. Our club database contains details of over 70 accessible wrecks, but there are many more.

Other Dives

Shore Dives

Shore dives are often ideal for first sea dives and offer interesting experiences.

Hard Boat Dives

There are a number of dive sites which have commercial dive boats, these boats are specially built or converted from pleasure boats or trawlers. These operators can provide a number of facilities such as air fills and lifts etc.
